Batting Cages Map

Softball batting cages

These 394 facilities mention softball pitching explicitly, either fastpitch machines, slowpitch cages or both. 336 of them are indoors. Many other batting cages can switch a machine to softballs on request, so the list only covers places that say so.

Softball batting cages: questions and answers

Where can I find softball batting cages near me?

On the map, enter your city or ZIP code and choose the Softball filter. The facilities are then sorted by distance from you.

What is the difference between fastpitch and slowpitch cages?

Fastpitch cages use a machine that throws underhand at game speed, the way a fastpitch pitcher would. Slowpitch cages lob the ball in a high arc, which is what adult recreational leagues play. Many facilities have both; check which one before you go.

Can I use a baseball cage for softball?

Only if the machine can be switched to softballs. A softball is larger and heavier, so most facilities keep separate machines or cages for it.
